We had a real "Grinch" event down here in Tyler, Texas: thieves broke through a protective fence and demolished two large heat pumps which were providing warmth at the Salvation Army building where volunteers were preparing Christmas packages during the day.
Fortunately, two local businesses jumped in promptly and donated replacement units. The thieves were obviously after the copper.
