We have had a lot of copper thefts up in the NW too. Mostly from new house construction. I worry about my cable that is plugged into my 3650RK and into my back garage.
As for the people that were electrocuted while trying to steal copper - You play with fire and you get burned. Not very Christian of me, but I can't feel sorry for them. I do feel for there wives or girlfriends and their children. We(all of US) will probably have to support.
