I can't even imagine 10.5 inches of rain in a few days in our mountains. We live on a hill to but it would be months before I could get out with a car or truck. Our bridge would be gone and if it wasn't the state bridges would be gone and then the roads would be covered with rocks the size of beach balls.
I feel for the people down there. Good luck!
