you might have an uneven pan, I know, DUH!!!! However you might be able to level it by accessing the panel in front and installing some blocking material to raise up one side. OLDGUARD did this and it worked fine for him.
We don't get anal about leveling so it happens to us on ocassion. We just use our feet and push the water to the drain, then let it dry.
