Samuel and I spend more time away then at home, but I'm still not ready to give up the double wide. The cost for keeping it is about the same as some full timers are spending for storage. I think I have finally come to the conclusion that it is not the "stuff"
as much as it is the place. We are on a lake near all but one daughter out of 8 children
and have our own dock. We are free to travel during the summer when we want to, and stay
in FL for 6 months, Oct - April. I guess as long as it works for us, it's the thing to do. Samuel is getting tired of the lawn work and the leaves in the Fall. But I guess we
can always hire it done.
Glenn, I have thought about your situation. When you can't travel, park the Monty and live in it. Maybe in the future we'll think about that. Right now, we enjoy Smith Mtn. Lake in Southcentral Virginia.
