I replaced mine with the round barrel locks also, just popped the original out, took it to a locksmith and asked him to do all of them with the same key.
Works super, and you will have plenty of spare keys.
I think it makes sense to change them, as stated, you can't keep them out of they want in, but that wasn't your question, I like the round locks.
