I had the same issue with crown moulding. I got these screws ill put a link in this post. CW tried to fix it but it just came off again. Once I fixed it I haven't had a problem since. My Local CW saw the repair and asked how its working, since then the local CW uses these to fix the moulding. Also picked up some colored putty and did a color match, looks great and hasn't budged 10,000 miles later.

Did the same exact thing. I used a course threaded wood screw on the first one, then my work partner found those screws you have. She had used them on a desk, then on her Montana, so I did the same.
