Had exactly the same problem. Dealer repair 1st time. Second time the other side came loose and fell onto the floor. I used long screws and countersunk them. I did all 3 slides including the bedroom. No glue used. I used dark screws and they are not noticeable. Took me about an hour and they are now as solid as Gibraltar.
