Ram 2500 and 3500 operate differently ... surprise surprise. The AUT Air level on the 2500, you could hit the "ALTERNATE HEIGHT" button empty and it would drop. The 3500 (2020) will not droop without a load ... not as good, IMHO I just raise the fifth wheen until it has picked up a good amount of weight and unhook.
