I have a RDS tank/tool box combo. The space for tools is about 6" high and 15" deep. I could put a bed cover over this and I'm considering one but don't have it yet. I have a Demco Recon hitch and it all fits nicely. This also gives me an additional 50 gallons of fuel so I have 100 total. Simple toggle valve that allows me to fill the main tank. No pump or fuss. The install kit was about $110. There is enough room on both sides of the box to put a step stool and I need them to reach the hitch disconnect and the middle of the tool box. Any additional tools I carry in a bag in the truck.
