Just buy the rig that suits your needs and adjust your camping to meet the needs of a longer trailer. Large sites are out there, more and more every day as RVs are getting longer. It's much better to have the trailer that you like than to buy a shorter one just to fit into more spaces. We've missed getting into a few but those instances are rare and we pulled our 37 footer to Alaska and back.
