Whoa, time out! The breaker with the wires connected in the picture is *NOT* the one the should be replaced. This breaker is for the inverter that feeds your residential refer.

The self resetting breaker you want to replace looks like this (once you remove the plastic red cover over it)..

Before you start, read this Post (and there are many more on the frequently failing breaker) to understand which breaker you want to change and where it is located.

1. Is it so the slides have more power and can go in /out faster?
No it has nothing do to with power other than the presence of it (or not). When the breaker heats up it disconnects the power. When it cools, it allows power to pass again. Hence the stop/start effect on the slides/jacks

2. If we don’t have any issues should we swap it out?
You don't have to change it immediately if you are not having issues but recognize that you will have to change it sometime. Waiting until it fails may not not be a convenient time or location. Your choice.

3. Is it an easy job or do we need to have a Rv guy replace it?
(Easy meaning take off top n bottom red cables and put back on kinda easy)
It is an easy job. You may have to enlarge the diameter of the hole on the wire connectors as the posts are larger on the 80 amp breaker. But that is easy with a drill motor and a slightly larger drill bit. Mounting the new CB and attaching the wires is straight forward.

4. Is there any other parts we need?
No parts that I can think of, just basic tools.
