On our 3791RD, the ice maker drain line is in front of the tires near center below the island. The fresh tank drain is in the rear behind the tires. This sounds like your ice maker drain line. Our fridge is in the ODS slide just in front of the island. One of the shut off valves is below the sink in the island, so that drain is for the line that runs from the island to the fridge.
