This is the
remote switch and this is the
ignition module. This way, the switch fits into the existing, albeit enlarged hole in which the old rotary ignitor was mounted. I needed this setup because a universal, all-in-one ignitor wouldn't fit where the old one was (we have a Magic Chef with the ignitor on the right). I put the remote ignition module on the left side, underneath the stove cover.
This is the
post I followed to get everything to work right. After about 8 months of heavy usage, the remote switch body broke but was easily replaced. So far so good.
