One of the posts earlier mentioned just getting a different cable that goes from your inverters to your shore power.
Unless I'm not understanding, the only thing that an ATS will do is reconnect you to shore power when the power comes back on, but it still will not kill your inverters. You'll still need to do that manually.
Maybe there's a reason that an ATS is needed in this case, but that seems like a lot of work, especially if you're going to have to manually start the inverters.
At the end of the day, simple is always better!!
