Camping World or any well stocked RV dealer should be able to supply all the you need. Locking pins are available, but I found that with my hitch, there was not enough clearance to use them.
My own preference is to use a tonneau cover on the truck. My tonneau can be latched, and the tailgate locked (with an after-market lock if your truck didn't come with a lock). This does not provide a high level of security but it does keep the hitch both out of sight, and out of the weather. I also ran a bicycle cable lock through the mounting bars and around the frame of the hitch.
