The pin weight of the 3160RL is ~2,500lbs. The payload capacity of my F350 is ~3'500lbs giving me 1,000lbs for passengers, fuel, etc. Look on your door post for max capacity and I would guess that you will be over your payload with a 3/4 ton truck. The engine will handle it. You can get a quote to add suspension but you are probably better off with a new 1 ton.
