The one time I used the Good Sam Roadside ,we finally gave up ,and canceled the call. We were 20 miles outside Kingman ,Az. you would of thought they could have got someone in a reasonable amount of time . We at least got a couple call backs from them ,saying they were working on it . Finally canceled . Took care of the flat tire myself on the fifth wheel . I more or less just wanted to see how well the service worked . In that one time ,not well. I have since canceled my Good Sam Roadside, and went with my Truck, and fifth wheel insurance company ,which appears to be just as good for less .
