Anthony-- You will be able to sign up for a service tech visit when the Coordinator for the event posts a thread for such. Let me remind you that this is done out of courtesy of Keystone Montana Division and that when you sign up for the Service Tech Visit you will be able to give them TWO (2) items to POSSIBLY be fixed. I say possibly because they can only do specific problems and most of the time the problems will be corrected right at the campgrounds. Every so often they will send a unit to a local dealer or repair service that Keystone uses for specific repairs but this is often a rare situation. Do not expect the service techs to dig into your unit and find anything that is wrong or malfunctioning. YOU specify the TWO items that are important to you that you would like to have repaired and they decide if they can do them or not.
Also to everyone reading this post, when the service tech comes to your unit they will have a limited time to talk to you or listen to your TWO problems. If you are rude or disrespectful to them they can refuse to do any work on your unit so please be civil and respectful to them during their visit and to the techs that will be doing work on your unit.
