Haven't found one of these in our 2017 yet, but the 2010 had one of these in the basement ceiling for the bathroom drain. Backing it up will cause the bladder to fold wrong and you have to take it apart and gently smooth the bladder back in place. If you do have one, do not run a snake down into it.
