On our HC, I installed a couple hooks similar to these below which have worked well. Never had a hose, wire or rope come off in many thousands of miles. To hang the OEM tools that were just 'dumped' in the basement, made up loops from some surplus 1" webbing I had(ebay purchase). I also used the webbimg to make up holders for the wash brush and long handle and a broom. To store our several fishing rods, using an adjustable sewer hose carrier that was left over, never used from our last 5er. That carrier is mounted on the basement ceiling. The one I'm using latches closed nicely plus has mounting feet - so it's not the similar Valterra.
