I will tell you I fixed mine myself. The gutter on the side is in three pieces. I removed the rear two sections and about 6 screws from the front section. With a cordless drill about a 15 minute job. As it turns out Keystone used no butyl tape under the gutter at all. Shame on you Keystone but it made not having to clean it off a lot faster.
Fold the EPDM back toward the center, remove staples and then install 1/2" stainless screws. I also put reinforced duck tape over screws. Put the gutter back on but I used butyl tape under gutter. Used EPDM rated caulk down length of gutter. I'm sure the other side will have to be done in future. Job was not too difficult and if I had a long walk board it would be even easier.
