I've had good luck with Michelin and Continental tires on the tow vehicle. Sounds like you have issues with the installer. Why not try a place like COSTCO for full service buy then and get them balanced and mounted. For one price? Could also go to a local tire shop like Belle Tire or Discount Tire and get your tires with balancing included in one price
