I ask my Allstate agent about this very thing. They called Allstate. Allstate said I would be covered. My agent told me they can’t deny coverage. If they could deny coverage what about if you were speeding or ran a red light or was drinking. If they could deny coverage they would never cover anything.
I ask a state police trooper if they ever checked RVs to see if they were overweight, no they had better things to do.
