Good luck with it. I have found that they are more helpful when you tell them you are in this group, I point out to them that most of our members follow closely when we have problems with their products. Keep on them for answers.
You could 'power down' the system, set it up again, sometimes they have a built-in calibrating system in electronics. I run into this with my HVAC troubleshooting.
