Our shower base cracked. It was plastic, not fiberglass. Dealer was able to get a new base. Had to remove the doors and the surround walls. I removed the foam that was under the new base and replaced it with a 3/4" rubber fatigue matt purchased from Tractor Supply. Doesn't have near as much flex as the cheap foam.
