Hey All,

My wife and I have been talking about this very thing. But I will tell you what I told my wife and she seem's to agree with what I said.

We are going to be living in a camper from now on. It won't be any real different then if we sold our house and move to another home or to a apartment ect. We have a kitchen so we can and will be cooking our own food's. Still have to go to the market's to get the same food that we have been getting while living in a house. Maybe not as much. We don't need to stock up on food's from Sam's or Costco's. We will limit us going out to dinner's. We will try to get out at least once a week. Lunch maybe hard when we are in a new place and we are site seeing. but try to eat healthy as we can. Maybe a salad or something small for lunch.

Exercise I hope that this works out the way they say it will. We have Silver Sneaker's gym membership. They have gym's all over the USA and Canada for us 65 and over the hill folk's to stay healty. I am hoping that work's out. The other is we have 2 bull dog's that would have us walk every hour of the day. So that is one way we exercise at home. The other is we will be looking our 5 star parks to stay in while on the road. Some of them have small exercise area's and pool's to swim in. So you see, just because you live in a trailer it's doesn't mean a lot of stuff has to change.

This is just MHOP. Hope that it help's. And if is doesn't work for you you will find something that will.

May GOD bless you always and be and stay healthy.
