We took delivery of our 2004 Montana 3295 on May 28. We were gate attendants for the Corp of Eng. in a park in southern Illinois. We packed up and traveled to Florida for the winter. In transit we had trouble with the main slide. We are set up and the main slide won't come out all the way on one side. We contacted Keystone and they gave us the name of some dealers in the Tampa area. One dealer that handles Montanas will only work on units they sell. There is one in Ocala, but that is pretty far. Keystone said they would pay a rv dealer that doesn't sell there product, but so far we can't find one to do the work. One dealer has refused and the other one can't get us in till March 23. Keystone will reimburse the dealer, but they (dealer) wants to be paid immediately. Anyone have any suggestions.
