Very good drawings.
I agree with your drawings for connecting the TV's (same setup in bedroom and living room) so twice the expense. I was looking for away to use one converter box for both TV's but it would be a lot of work and probably cost more then second box.
I don’t plan on using the thing enough to justify the expense anyway.
