Switched tanks Rich and still the Brrr sound.
We are on city water and that is what we turned off. The water pump is off.
As a test I turned on the water pump and ran some water. The pump worked fine. After leaving it on for awhile it did not run to indicate a leak. The Brrr occurred while the water pump was on.
