Seahunter, we're actually buying off the lot. They had exactly what I wanted -- decor, options, etc -- with one exception; I wanted a queen bed and the one we're getting has a king. Neither my husband nor I are big and I would have liked a little more space between the bed and bathroom door. But it's not a major drawback. We just have to wait for Spring Break so we can get it and not be rushed. And they're installing the stackable washer dryer, so this will give them time to do that before we get it.
Mike, we're headed to a campground on Kerr Lake (Lake Kerr? Bugs Island?) called North Bend. It's a Corps of Engineers CG about 45 minutes from Danville. Hopefully we'll fit. The campsite I booked is 40' max. We've never been there before.
And yes, it certainly feels like I'm a 10 year old waiting for Santa!
