Finding where to park the large units is a negative. It just depends on where you want to camp. We lost availability even going from 32' to 36'. I wouldn't wait for rv parks to expand to accommodate larger rigs. Many were built before trailers got to be so big. Its all a matter of compromise no matter what size trailer one has.
