Not that this is likely, but you might want to seriously think twice about using adhesive of any kind on the fascia trim around the slides. If these are more permanently attached and there is a need to remove a slide, there can be some serious damage done to these pieces in order to pull a slide. I realize that these parts falling off is not a good thing, but when putting them back on, maybe adding more nails would be a better option.
