Given the number of bridges and overpasses I have gone under in my life time, it seems many many people have tested that theroy and failed. It would be nice if a county, state, local employee with direct knowledge of this would chime in. We know your out there but just don`t want to get involved, just do an anonymous post.

This guy tested your theroy and lost by only a couple of inches.
