Because we are full time, and have quite a bit of stuff in the basement, I don't have the luxury (read space) to have totes or reels or tubs to store the power cable. I use a heavy Velcro strap with a handle to wrap around the cord, then add a couple more Velcro straps to keep it all together and just stand up the coil behind the slam door of the storage pass through. I have my 50 amp extension cord behind that too. The first thing to come out when we stop and the last thing back in when we pack up. And yes, when it's cold, it's a bear to coil up.
