Take that rain thing seriously. I fried one sender by getting it wet. Now I put it in the basement. Sometimes I put it in the tool box in my truck bed because it won't get warmed/cooled there. Another place is in the pan under the hydrolic pump. The front compartment doesn't receive much heat when the monty is heated.
