Carol the last time we were at Portage lake late last fall it looked like they had quite a few trees that had been marked to cut down, Thats a shame because it is an older park with some nice size trees, one of the other places we go is Maumee bay s/p and all the ash trees in the campground have been cut down and new trees planted already.
