a/c capacitor help

I have a 2008, 3400rl single A/C.
I returned to my trailer in Texas after 5 months vacation away from it. I turned on the a/c, and the motor came on after the normal delay but no compressor. I looked and found the breaker tripped. Turned it all back on but same results excluding the breaker. Hum from motor but no compressor.

I've spoken to 3 different RV repairmen and was told:

1.A/C will need to be replaced 2hrs @ $95.00/hr + A/C cost

2.Will need to start by checking capacitors. $100.00 service call + $75.00/hr + parts

3.Just replace all 3 capacitors since 1 is likely bad "A/C is getting old". $75.00 service call +$75.00/hr plus parts
I thought I could change them out myself.
I went on the roof and took covers off A/C. Located and discharged the capacitors. I have written down the info from the (3) capacitors but numbers are Greek to me. The only item I found on the internet was the Jiekeda CD60B Motor Starter.

WSX-7 Motor Starter not found.

MRP 287782 not found

Thoughts as to how I should proceed??

Thanks
