I knew my post would stir the pot. Helen is the exception not the rule. As a marriage counselor, I had a number of couples to work with where stuff like this was a major issue. The poor guy never got it. He didn't have a clue. I must admit that early in my marriage to a very patient wife, I didn't have a clue either. Sometimes I still miss the point........but so does she.
