Virtually everything absolutely non essential in NY has been cancelled or moved way out. NY City is nowhere near ready to restart business - maybe June, but....
From their web site: "Due to the Covid19 outbreak and NYC restrictions, our WKC office is closed". Unless thay have a phone rollover setup to someone's home, no one will be answering.
