I feel your pain. Unfortunately rv dealers do not work like car dealers, and its a dam shame. Last year I drove 250 miles to buy a car that was described to me by the dealer as being near perfect. When I got there and test drove it, as soon as looked it the passenger side mirror I noticed it was damaged. No problem they said we will just swamp it with a mirror of another same color car on own lot.

I know you are far away from your selling dealer, but something like this has to be done to make you whole again.
