So it's yours? Lol. The water level is lowest since 1976. Lots of old bridges and roads are uncovered from the circa 1930s. As far as construction, it will be at least two more years on bridges and ramps. Then perhaps they can resurface the terrible South Bound sections. It's better than it was but areas still need repair!
