This is the rear right of the RV, 2019 3761FL. I didn't understand what you said at all unfortunately. I am sure those might be very simple terms but I am sort of a noob. Sorry about that!
I was thinking I needed to take off all of the seal.. Hopefully it's just silicone on.. Reattach it with screws or rivet gun. Maybe add more rivets because it doesn't seem so strong regardless to anything. Get new bolt's and washers for the bottom section.
OR.....
Would it be worth it to bother with Keystone?
