Try this to check your resolution. Right click on the desk top and then go to bottom and left click on properties. Left Click on Settings at top of screen and in lower left make sure it shows 800 x 600 pixels. If not, drag bar to left and change the screen resolution to 800X600. Click on Apply and then click OK. This should make the print larger.
