I thought the same thing as Steve when I read about the sign. In neither case of my experience was there any sign or other indication of a limit. The pump just stopped suddenly at exactly $75.00. In my case there was no slowing, no indication of anything different, until the pump shut off. As I said earlier, it was not a problem and (at the prevailing price at that time) almost filled my talk anyway.
