Since you first posted we returned to our rig that spent the summer in the desert. The high heat has apparently affected the controls the LEDs in certain rooms. They do just what you mentioned except for the blinking. We flip on the lights and some of them, on the same switch will wait a few seconds before they come on. We've been in the rig for a couple of weeks now and it seems to be going away.
