The reason I made the peeing comment is because I really doubt that the OP wants to tow with a lot of mods to his truck. In stock form they are both fairly reliable and will do an excellent job. I havn't heard of any of the big three having major problems like transmission failures or engine failures. Trying to tow with major modifications requires the driver to keep one eye on the pyro and one on the road and one on the engine temp. Wait the driver will need help, I guess that is what the co-pilot is for.
