They are not designed or intended to be residences which is what full timing is. It is your residence you live in it 24/7/365.

Mobile homes and park models are built to completely different standards and meet specifications for "residences"

We do of course Full time in them and like us use them for far more than recreational purposes. You can also google around and find what the Average use per year is for a recreational vehicle...
