Like Jim posted, they can detect every tuner made. They can also tell you every time a scan tool has been plugged into the port. (Although a scan tool or code reader will not void warranty) and that tuner detect will sure increase your repair cost because they will red flag you in the system and have a BIG warranty void by the VIN
