Are you drawing gas from the right tank or the left tank? If you are drawing off the right tank the regulator on the right side might be bad. On my 2012 3000 that happened to us the heater and the water heater would not light. The regulator was only allowing 10 psi through, which is enough to light the stove but not the heaters. I switched to the left tank and everything worked.
